MY INVITATION TO YOU

I invite you or your loved one who needs therapeutic support to embark on a process of self-exploration with me. I will be your compassionate guide on this journey, committed to your safety as well as your psychological insights. We might talk about the issues that brought you to therapy, and we might make art together to explore those issues. In our time together, I hope you discover something new about yourself.

I have also worked intensively with youth with depression, anxiety, sexual behaviours of concern, complicated grief, and traumatic histories in schools and NGOs.Passionate about using psychology and the arts in supporting the recovery, rehabilitation, and wellbeing of my clients, I adopt an integrated and trauma-informed approach to psychotherapy that is tailored to the individual's needs, strengths, and preferences.Professional and frontline staff I have worked with in the past describe me as passionate, dependable, and person-centred. I do not solicit client testimonies, as per the ethical codes I abide by. I invite you to get in touch with me to explore if we are a good fit.
